Shipping and Returns
Please note we currently only ship to Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Adelaide and Brisbane Metro areas. Please contact us prior to placing your order if you have any questions or concerns.
Sydney Wine and Alcohol Delivery
Orders generally arrive in Sydney within 2 - 3 days of shipping date.
Melbourne Wine and Alcohol Delivery
Orders generally arrive in Melbourne within 2 - 5 days of shipping date.
Brisbane Wine and Alcohol Delivery
Orders generally arrive in Brisbane within 3 - 5 days of shipping date.
Adelaide Wine and Alcohol Delivery
Orders generally arrive in Adelaide within 3 - 5 days of shipping date.
Canberra Wine and Alcohol Delivery
Orders generally arrive in Canberra within 2 - 3 days of shipping date.
*Due to COVID-19 we are experiencing some delayed deliveries across our network.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.
If temperatures are extremely high we may delay your shipment to avoid the risk of any wine spoiling.
Returns and Refund Policy
We respect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to have the goods replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
In the event your purchase is faulty, damaged, wrongly described or breaches a consumer guarantee, we will happily exchange the product upon presentation of your proof of purchase. All returns and exchanges are handled via email.
If you mistakenly receive the wrong product, please let us know within 7 days of receiving the order. In order to return a product or order it must be unused and in its original condition.
If you feel there's something not right with your wine, hold onto the bottle and its contents - pop the cork back in and contact us to discuss.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are eligible for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

In the uncommon event that goods are damaged during shipping please contact us directly, if possible with a photo and details of damaged goods. In most cases we will be able to ship a replacement order except if items are out of stock in these cases we can generate a refund.
We currently don't ship internationally, however if you are after something special please get in touch and we'll see what we can do.
