Wildflower are arguably the most interesting of Sydney's craft breweries. And the Gold is the most accessible of their beers.

Medium bodies and delicately balanced, the Gold shows notes of creamy meyer lemon, fresh limey hops and stone fruits. The palate is effervescent and dry with a subtle bitterness, pillowy body and developing acidity from the indigenous flora.

The beer undergoes primary fermentation using foraged wild yeast, naturally occurring souring bacteria and brewers yeast creating a super-complex tangy drink.
