Since returning to the Jura in 1999 after a successful career as a winemaker in Burgundy, Jean-François Ganevat has driven the family domaine to the forefront of the Jura wine scene. He is currently delivering some of the most prized and sought after bottles the region has to offer.
Fortified wine Jura-style. Brandy is added to unfermented Savagnin juice, making a unique nutty, rancio-flavoured digestif with just a lick of sweetness and acidity. It remains one of the rare examples of a drink that even a lot of wine nerds won't have had the opportunity to try. Bad luck for them.
