2020 Benson & the Mooch Golden Girl
Nestled deep in the embrace of home, Benson Brown and Joel Mucci brew with creative intention. Situated on the south coast of NSW, the duo turn inland to source quality grapes from vineyards within N.S.W. Central Ranges.
A super tasty blend of Zibibbo (40%), Fiano (40%) and Chardonnay (20%) all entangled for 5 months of skin contact. Golden Girl is another summer smash hit, ready for your beach/picnic laden end to 2020.
The Fiano saw 3 days whole bunch, whilst they destemmed the Zibibbo and direct pressed the Chardonnay, after a week of individual fermentation the wines were combined into two barrels, jam packed with zibibbo skins and left to Co-ferment for 6 months on skins.
100% grapes. No additions, no adulterating, no filtering or fining, no sulphur. Wild ferment.
