2018 L'Anglore ‘Comeyre’ Carignan Magnum
The Carignan vines that go into the Comeyre are now almost 100 years old, something that is becoming incredibly rare in France. It’s then blended with a little Bourboulenc and Clairette to lighten it up a touch.
This is a special bottling, more powerful and concentrated than most of Eric Pfifferling’s L’Anglore wines. It’s not released every year and when it is, it’s only bottled only in magnum.
We only get one bottle of this a year. It’s about as serious as these wines get.
