About Laneway Liquor
Ever since the inception of Love, Tilly Devine, back in 2010 the team has worked with the best and brightest winemakers. Now, with Laneway Liquor they continue that tradition supporting winemakers who strive towards making wines as purely as possible. People who are working their grapes using organic or biodynamic processes with as little artifice in the winery as possible. Wines that are lower in alcohol and oak, that value terroir, freshness, complexity and some just plain fun wines too.
Laneway Liquor — focuses on artisan and small batch wines, spirits, beers, and ciders made with biodynamic or organically grown grapes, fermented using minimal intervention and natural winemaking techniques. It’s a philosophy it shares with the bars and restaurants in the group – Love, Tilly Devine; Dear Sainte Éloise; and Ragazzi Wine and Pasta.
Fabbrica — which translates to ‘factory’ in Italian—is a deli, pasta shop, sandwich joint and wine store and bar headed up by owners Matt Swieboda, Nate Hatwell and Scott McComas-Williams. The boundary-pushing retail space features fresh pasta, fresh bread and focaccia, and Italian style sandwiches (think house made porchetta) all made daily, as well as a selection of wine, beers and spirits. Its pasta packs allow for restaurant quality pasta to be made at home in less than five minutes.
Fabbrica follows the success of Ragazzi Wine and Pasta, and is a boundary-pushing retail space featuring; fresh pasta, fresh breads + focaccia and Italian style sandwiches (think house made porchetta) all made in house daily. You can also stop in for an after work aperitivo in the small courtyard.
